Comfort and confidence

Hopiness was born during a conversation between friends, one late afternoon on the beach in Santa Cruz. That summer, we realized, through our personal experience and by looking around us, that there was a big gap in our market when it came to swimwear, especially if we wanted to break away from the traditional. There was little supply, and even that was very restrictive in terms of cuts and patterns.

It was 2013, and at the end of that summer, we started to seriously consider launching a swimwear line. We started by planning the various actions we would have to take if we wanted to actually embark on this adventure.

The first step was to identify possible partners for the production of the collection, and at the same time find suppliers for the various materials, with innovative and, above all, quality products.

We also had to find someone to help us work on our image and to convey to the market what we wanted to distinguish ourselves. It wasn't easy, we weren't from the industry, we had a collection and a small quantity, but we managed to get them to believe in us and take risks with us. We gained experience and know-how , and today, 5 years later, we have the same partners and a relationship of mutual respect.

We are proud to say that we are a brand that strongly believes in quality. Naturally, we invest in the design and production of our lycra , working with professionals with whom we identify, but who also challenge us. We design swimsuit models with the expectation of meeting the needs of our various customers, hoping that they will be valued not only for their appearance, but above all for their comfort. And that is what sets us apart... in the midst of so much fast fashion , we are able to design modern and distinctive models without ever neglecting comfort.

The design of our swimsuits aims to please women who, without wanting to neglect elegance, like to feel comfortable and in harmony with their body, always maintaining that fashionable touch.

We have learned a lot throughout this period and we are fully aware that this is a journey with no final destination, where we are continually learning and reinventing ourselves.
