Refund Policy
Exchanges
Requests to exchange products must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. To do so, please use the email info@hopiness-store.com. You must fill in and send your purchase number, as well as the item you wish to exchange for.
The value must always be equal to or greater than the value of the product initially purchased.
Once the information has been received, Hopiness will confirm stock availability and validate the exchange.
The new product will be shipped by carrier, at no additional cost , except in situations where the exchange occurs more than once.
When the new product is delivered to the address indicated on the exchange form, you must deliver the product from the previous purchase to the carrier, otherwise the new product will not be delivered and you will have to carry out the return procedure.
If the product appears with evidence of use (excluding for testing) we will not accept the exchange.
Returns
The product you wish to return must arrive at our office within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. To proceed with the return, you must use the email info@hopiness-store.com.

We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. You will receive a refund, for the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, once the product has been returned in its original condition.
If the product appears to have been used (excluding for testing purposes) we will not accept the return. The product will be returned to the customer without any notice.
General Information
HOPINESS is not responsible for products lost in the mail or customs, so please keep your tracking information.
Always send us your receipt and order number along with your items. If a returned item is shipped outside the European Union, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on orders returned to us by customs.
Once we have received the items, please allow 1-7 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the initial purchase.
